When a potential client calls the AquaGuard office, there is series of questions asked to see if the remedy to their basement problem is something the homeowner can do.  Usually through the interview it can be determined whether or not the homeowner really needs professional help.  If so, an appointment will be set up to assess the basement and determine a plan of action.  All estimates are FREE to Ohio homeowner's and a written estimate can either be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the potential client.  There are three major buckets of business for Ohio basement repairs that are the focus of AquaGuard, LLC; Waterproofing, Stabilization of bowed or cracked basement or foundation walls, and indoor air quality solutions.
 
 
First, is Waterproofing.
Waterproofing is always a scary problem for Ohio homeowners.  Why? Misconceptions of the cost and the mess of repairs!  The average homeowner doesn't realize there is a solution to their wet or damp Ohio basement which can be installed in ONE day, no digging or trenching and is a permanent solution with a 20 year transferable warranty.  Sometimes at considerably less amount than traditional old school methods.
 
 
Second, is Stabilization of basement or foundation walls.
Traditionally, when a basement wall was bowing or cracking, a homeowner had to either replace it or stabilize the wall with unsightly steel beams and anchors. Both methods could be costly and with steel beams, obtrusive.  AquaGuard uses a state of the art technology developed for military use - Carbon fiber with Kevlar.  When installed, the Carbon fiber allows the homeowner peace of mind to know their wall is stable, with manufacturers lifetime warranty on the wall or walls of repair in Ohio.
 
 

Third, is Indoor Air Quality solutions.
With more and more Ohio families concerned about indoor air, AquaGuard has some wonderful products to clean and/or purify a home's air supply.  These products compliment the above services by removing stale indoor air and moisture that can allow mold and mildew to stray throughout the home and affect the health of those living in it.
